United States Congressman from Texas and Railroad Attorney.
Located on an 8 foot long Victorian Era park bench with "The Town Dog"

(Sister City Program and German /American Heritage association)
Located in front of  Tomball's historic Rail Road Depot
and unveiled December 12th,  2009, Tomball Texas' 102nd Anniversary.
